Why Preorder?
Since this limited edition color is highly requested, it will require a large production run that will take a few months. As soon as production is complete, we will ship out all the orders.
We've done this a bunch of times over the years. It's a great way to avoid over or underproducing, which avoids waste and makes customers happy all at once.

What's included with my preorder?
With each preorder, you'll receive:

August - September 2024. (estimated)
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged when you place your order.
What if it doesn't ship on time or I change my mind?
You can cancel your order. Keep in mind that once our preorders have concluded, you won't be able to purchase this item ever again. Just send us an email.
Can I just wait till they're in stock to order?
This will not be sold on Veilgarments.com once preorders have concluded. If you want it then be sure to get it now!
What if the items aren't ready by the estimated ship date?
If we run into delays, we will notify all preorder customers by email as soon as we know about them and provide new estimates.
I want to add some non-preorder items to my cart. Can I do that?
No. To keep things orderly, we don't mix preorders with regular orders. If you want to order other items, you should order them separately on our main site.
Can I use my Veil discount code, gift card, or reward points on my preorder?
Afraid not. Currently, we do not offer any discounts or gift cards on preorders.
Do you ship preorders internationally?
Yes, we ship preorders internationally. Please note that international customers may responsible for any duties, taxes and customs charges.
Can I exchange if it doesn't fit?
We highly recommend that you already know which size you need. It's unlikely we will have any left as replacements after preorders have shipped.
Can I return it?
Since this is an exclusive custom product, preorders are non-refundable after orders have shipped.
